Reservations for which the advance has not been paid are not guaranteed. 

The hotel may refuse to perform services not paid for in full.

The hotel may refuse to provide services for recalcitrant or intoxicated persons and may request their removal.

Check-in is between 15:00 and 20:00, and rooms are checked out by 11:00.

Exceeding the release time  of the room is penalized with 15% of the room price, for each hour exceeded.

Cancellation of the reservation is penalized with the value of one night's accommodation, but rescheduling or transfer to other persons is not penalized.

 

For the reservation, a minimum of 35% of the reservation value must be paid within 5 days, but not less than one night's accommodation, and the difference at the latest at the time of accommodation.
